Houston Athletic Club is a personal training studio with an open gym environment. We cater our programs to fit individual goals and to educate all members by emphasizing the importance of safety, technique and overall health.

I earned a MS in Exercise Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and have been a certified trainer since 2010. During my Masters Program, I was a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Houston Dash and worked with numerous individuals as both a coach and a researcher. Over the years, I have developed a passion for helping awesome people reach their goals in a variety of settings. Whether you want to be the greatest athlete or you just want to enjoy life to the fullest, let us help get you there.

I am a Nationals qualified Strongman Competitor and exercise science alumus from The University of Houston. Licensed and certified in holistic health and personal training, I help people live their dreams by teaching them strength and vitality! 
I am a NASM certified personal trainer dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. Coming from a corporate background, I understand the struggles of a sedentary and busy lifestyle.
