Houston Athletic Club is a personal training studio with an open gym environment. We cater our programs to fit individual goals and to educate all members by emphasizing the importance of safety, technique and overall health.

I earned a MS in Exercise Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and have been a certified trainer since 2010. During my Masters Program, I was a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Houston Dash and worked with numerous individuals as both a coach and a researcher. Over the years, I have developed a passion for helping awesome people reach their goals in a variety of settings. Whether you want to be the greatest athlete or you just want to enjoy life to the fullest, let us help get you there.

No single approach is the right one for every individual, every person has distinct abilities and needs. We use an individual approach to assess, motivate, educate and train clients regarding their personal health and fitness needs and goals. We design safe and effective exercise programs and provide guidance to help clients achieve results. We pride ourselves in building trusting relationships, and ensure the safety of our clients.
