Geared towards building a resilient athlete, this class covers every aspect of athleticism. Your child will learn how to run faster, jump higher, lift properly, and gain confidence in the weight room and on the field. Within the program, we perform weekly testing and monthly reports using various measures and state of the art equipment.​

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday 4-6pm

  • Saturday 9-11am


Get stronger with Drew Lawson​, a strength coach and national strongman competitor. This class is geared to making you reach your fullest potential and becoming the strongest version of yourself!
